• object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collecting and processing personal data for the purposes of commercial information or the sending of advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. Each user also has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation;
• receive their personal data, provided knowingly and actively or through the use of the service.

How we protect your data

The data processed on this site are saved in MySql databases and protected by firewalls. This data is placed on Webfarm Digital Ocean.

Position

When you use our services with active location tracking, we may collect and process information about your current (approximate) location. This data is processed anonymously, in a format that does not allow the user to be personally identified and used for the sole purpose of facilitating the use of some location-based service features. You can activate/deactivate location services at any time by accessing the settings of your browser and/or device.

Search engine

The information on this site will be visible in searches carried out in the internal search engine and could be made available to third party search engines as indexing of the contents by third party engines is permitted. In the event that content has been removed from the site, it is possible that the cached copy will remain in the search results for a few days. The search results are not managed by the Data Controller, but the user can signal the removal of the page and request the updating of the cached copy directly to the third party search engine.

“Work with us” section

If the Data Controller makes the “Work with us” page available to consult any open professional positions, it reserves the right to evaluate the applications received for the purpose of personnel selection and research.

The curricula received can be stored and re-evaluated for subsequent searches for professional positions compatible with the candidate’s profile. The candidate may oppose the processing of his personal data at any time by writing to the email address of the Data Controller.

The candidate must take care to insert in the application (curriculum vitae) the declaration with which he consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of selection, avoiding the insertion of sensitive personal data not pertinent to the job offer.

Information updates

The Owner reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. The person concerned is required to periodically check for any changes to this page. Use of the site after the publication of any changes will constitute acceptance of the same.
